This Kit allows you to install the latest pump and controller to any conventional compression testing load frame of Flex Frame for a fraction of the cost of completely new load frame system.
This upgrade system allow you have to full Elastic modulus and Poisons ratio capability with cyclic load and other advanced features on your “old faithful” load frame. The features include full PC interface for complex testings from a PC or use the built-in tablet for conventional testing reequipments

CONTROL UNIT: “Sematron Touch Series V4” advanced controller, control unit allows Loading, unloading, load control, displacement control up to 0.1 Micron, sinusoidal loading, triangular loading.
Able to perform modulus of elasticity test and poison’s ratio, constant load increase adjustable between 0.05kN/Sec to 25 kN/Sec, or mm/min pace rates down to 0.01mm per minute (with appropriate hardware) for rock applications with pace rate controlled piston release load automatically at sample break, feasible for different type of tests, loading and unloading – ramp loading, 1kHz data acquisition and control capability which allows accuracy in control and reading load, special closed loop (PID) control with double loop, automatic gain feature for different sensors..

DISPLAY UNIT: Industrial 10 inch touch screen LCD with capacitive touch, easy to use – user friendly built-in software, ready to use without any PC, 4 GB (extendable) internal memory to save test graphics and settings, USB port to transfer results from LCD, LAN port to connect machine with internet and PC, communication between control unit (Sematron Touch Series) , save results in pdf and excel format, print result feature directly from LCD Tablet.

HYDRAULIC UNIT:
Advanced hydraulic unit with multi-piston hydraulic pump driven by electrical motor, smooth and high flow rate, fast piston approach, with manifold and pressure limit valve, oil tank, comes with necessary joints and hose.

PC SOFTWARE: Allows controlling machine with computer, PC software allows same features and menus as Tablet display unit plus allow for calibration and application tuning.
